Verse 4

Give praise to him, you highest heavens, and you waters which are over the heavens.

Gen 1:7 : 7 And God made the arch for a division between the waters which were under the arch and those which were over it: and it was so.
1 Kgs 8:27 : 27 But is it truly possible that God may be housed on earth? see, heaven and the heaven of heavens are not wide enough to be your resting-place; how much less this house which I have made!
