Verse 10

By him will all the horns of the sinners be cut off; but the horns of the upright will be lifted up.

Ps 89:17 : 17 For you are the glory of their strength; in your pleasure will our horn be lifted up.
Ps 92:10 : 10 But my horn is lifted up like the horn of the ox: the best oil is flowing on my head.
