Verse 11

And I made an oath in my wrath, that they might not come into my place of rest.

Gen 2:2-3 : 2 And on the seventh day God came to the end of all his work; and on the seventh day he took his rest from all the work which he had done. 3 And God gave his blessing to the seventh day and made it holy: because on that day he took his rest from all the work which he had made and done.
Rev 14:13 : 13 And a voice from heaven came to my ears, saying, Put in writing, There is a blessing on the dead who from now on come to their end in the Lord: yes, says the Spirit, that they may have rest from their troubles; for their works go with them.
