Verse 12

And the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who keep to the way of that faith which our father Abraham had before he underwent circumcision.

John 8:39-40 : 39 In answer they said to him, Our father is Abraham. Jesus said to them, If you were Abraham's children you would do what Abraham did. 40 But now you have a desire to put me to death, a man who has said to you what is true, as I had it from God: Abraham did not do that.
Rom 9:6-7 : 6 But it is not as if the word of God was without effect. For they are not all Israel, who are of Israel: 7 And they are not all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but, In Isaac will your seed be named.

Send away the servant-woman and her son; for the son of the servant-woman will not have a part in the heritage with the son of the free woman. 31 So, brothers, we are not children of the servant-woman, but of the free woman.
1 Pet 2:21 : 21 This is God's purpose for you: because Jesus himself underwent punishment for you, giving you an example, so that you might go in his footsteps:
