Verse 1
Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise His holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

Praise the Lord, my soul, and do not forget all His benefits.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Verse 3
He forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases.
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Verse 4
He redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with steadfast love and compassion.
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Verse 5
He satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Verse 6
The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
Verse 7
He made His ways known to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
Verse 8
The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
Verse 9
He will not always accuse, nor will He harbor His anger forever.
He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
Verse 10
He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.
He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
Verse 11
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His love for those who fear Him.
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
Verse 12
As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Verse 13
As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
Verse 14
For He knows how we are formed; He remembers that we are dust.
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
Verse 15
As for man, his days are like grass, he blooms like a flower of the field.
As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
Verse 16
The wind blows over it, and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.
For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
Verse 17
But from everlasting to everlasting, the Lord's steadfast love is with those who fear Him, and His righteousness is with their children's children.
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
Verse 18
With those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.
To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
Verse 19
The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over everything.
The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
Verse 20
Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who carry out His word, obedient to the voice of His command.
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Verse 21
Bless the Lord, all His hosts, His ministers who do His will.
Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
Verse 22
Bless the Lord, all His works, in all the places of His dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul.
