And Saul sayde: Let al the chiefe of the people come hyther, and knowe and see by whom this sinne is done this day.

And all Israel stoned hym with stones, and burned them with fire, and ouerwhelmed them with stones. 26 And they cast vpon hym a great heape of stones vnto this day: And so the Lord turned from the wrath of his indignation. And the name of the place is called the valley of Achor vnto this day.
