The Lord maketh poore, and maketh ryche, bringeth lowe, and heaueth vp on hye.

Ps 75:7 : 7 For God is the iudge: it is he that putteth downe one, and setteth vp another.
Job 5:11 : 11 To set vp them that be of lowe degree, and that those which are in heauinesse may be exalted to saluation.
Jas 4:10 : 10 Humble your selues in the sight of the Lorde, and he shall lyft you vp.
