Verse 16

And so Ionathan made a bonde with the house of Dauid, saying: Let the lord require it at the handes of Dauids enemies.

1 Sam 25:22 : 22 So and more also do God vnto the enemies of Dauid, if I leaue of all that pertayne to him by the dawnyng of the day, any that pysseth against the wall.
1 Sam 31:2 : 2 And the Philistines preassed sore vpon Saul & his sonnes, & slue Ionathan, & Abinadab, & Melchisua, Sauls sonnes.

2 Sam 21:8 : 8 But the king toke the two sonnes of Rispha the daughter of Aia whom she bare vnto Saul, euen Armoni and Miphiboseth, and the fiue sonnes of Michol the daughter of Saul, whom she bare to Adriel the sonne of Barzellai the Meholathite.
Gen 15:18 : 18 In that same day the Lorde made a couenaunt with Abram, saying: vnto thy seede haue I geuen this lande, fro the ryuer of Egypt, euen vnto the great ryuer, the ryuer of Euphrates.
1 Sam 18:3 : 3 Then Ionathan and Dauid made a couenaunt, because he loued him as his owne soule.
