Verse 22

These foure were borne to the giaunt in Geth, and dyed by the hand of Dauid, & by the handes of his seruauntes.

1 Chr 20:8 : 8 These were borne vnto Raphah at Geth, and were ouerthrowen in the hande of Dauid and in the hande of his seruauntes.
Ps 60:12 : 12 Thorowe the Lorde we wyll do valiaunt actes: for he him selfe wyll treade downe our enemies.
Ps 108:13 : 13 Through the Lorde wyll we do valiaunt actes: for he him selfe will treade downe our enemies.
Ps 118:15 : 15 The voyce of a ioyfull noyse & of saluation is in the dwellynges of the ryghteous: saying the ryght hande of God bryngeth mightie thynges to passe.
Eccl 9:11 : 11 So I turned me vnto other thinges vnder the sunne, & I sawe that in running it helpeth not to be swift, in battell it helpeth not to be strong, to feeding it helpeth not to be wyse, to riches it helpeth not to be a man of muche vnderstanding, to be had in fauour it helpeth not to be cunning: but that all lieth in tyme and fortune.
Jer 9:23 : 23 Thus saith the Lorde: Let not the wise man reioyce in his wisdome, nor the strong man in his strength, neither the riche man in his riches:
Rom 8:31 : 31 What shall we then say to these thynges? If God be on our syde, who can be agaynst vs?
Rom 8:37 : 37 Neuerthelesse, in all these thinges we ouercome, through hym that loued vs.
