Verse 38

The fat of whose sacrifices they dyd eate, & dranke the wine of their drinke offerynges: let them ryse vp, and helpe you, and be your protection.

Lev 21:21 : 21 No man that hath a blemishe, & is of the seede of Aaron the priest, shall come nye to offer the sacrifices of the Lorde made by fire: When he hath a deformitie, let him not prease to offer the bread of his God.
Judg 10:14 : 14 Go and crye vnto the gods whiche ye haue chosen, and let them saue you in the tyme of your tribulation.
Ps 50:13 : 13 Thinkest thou that I will eate bulles fleshe: and drynke the blood of goates?
Ezek 16:18-19 : 18 Thy broidred garmentes hast thou taken, and deckt them therewith: myne oyle and incense hast thou set before them. 19 My meate whiche I gaue thee, as fine floure, oyle and hony to feede the withall, that hast thou set before them for a sweete sauour: and thus it was saith the Lorde God.
Hos 2:8 : 8 And she dyd not knowe that I gaue her corne, and wine, and oyle, and multiplied her siluer and golde, which they bestowed on Baal.
Zeph 2:11 : 11 The Lord shalbe terrible vnto them, and destroy all the gods in the lande: and all the Iles of the Heathen shall worship hym, euery man in his place.
