His heart is strengthened, he will not feare: vntyll he seeth a mischiefe to fall vpon his enemies.

Ps 59:10 : 10 My mercifull Lord wyll preuent me: the Lord will let me see my desire vpon mine enemies.
Ps 91:8 : 8 Thou only with thine eyes shalt beholde: & see the rewarde of the vngodly.
