Verse 13

For like as a childe is comforted of his mother, so shal I conforte you, and ye shalbe comforted in Ierusalem.

Isa 51:3 : 3 how the LORDE conforted Sio, and repayred all hir decaye: makinge hir deserte as a Paradise, and hir wildernesse as the garden of the LORDE. Myrth and ioye was there, thankesgeuynge and ye voyce of prayse.
1 Thess 2:7 : 7 but we were tender amonge you. Like as a norsse cherisheth hir children,
Ps 137:6 : 6 Yf I do not remembre the, let my tonge cleue to the rofe of my mouth: yee yf I preferre not Ierusalem in my myrth.
Isa 40:1 : 1 Be of good chere my people, be of good chere (saieth youre God)
Isa 65:18-19 : 18 but me shalbe glad and euermore reioyse, for the thinges, that I shall do. For why: Beholde, I shal make a ioyfull Ierusale, 19 yee I myself will reioyse with Ierusalem, & be glad with my people: And the voyce of wepinge and waylinge shall not be herde in her from thece forth.
Isa 66:10 : 10 Reioyse with Ierusalem, & be glad with her, all ye that loue her. Be ioyful with her, all ye that mourned for her.
2 Cor 1:4 : 4 which comforteth vs in all oure trouble: in so moch yt we are able to comforte them that are in eny maner of trouble, with the same comforte wher with we oure selues are comforted of God.
