Verse 18

Beholde, though sentence were geuen vpon me, I am sure to be knowne for vngilty.

Job 23:4 : 4 to pleate my cause before him, and to fyll my mouth with argumentes:
Job 9:2-3 : 2 As for yt I knowe it is so of a treuth, yt a man compared vnto God, can not be iustified. 3 Yf he wil argue with him, he shall not be able to answere him vnto one amonge a thousande.
Job 9:20 : 20 yf I will iustifie my self, myne owne mouth shall codemne me: yf I will put forth my self for a perfecte man, he shal proue me a wicked doer:
Job 16:21 : 21 Though a body might pleate wt God, as one man doth with another,
Job 40:7-8 : 7 gyrde vp yi loynes like a man, and tell me the thige that I will axe the. 8 Wilt thou disanulle my iudgment? Or, wilt thou condemne me, yt thou thy self mayest be made rightuous?
Isa 43:26 : 26 Put me now in remembraunce (for we will reason together) & shewe what thou hast for the, to make the quyte.
Rom 8:33-34 : 33 Who wyl laye enythinge to ye charge of Gods chosen? Here is God that maketh righteous, 34 who wil then condemne? Here is Christ that is deed, yee rather which is raysed vp agayne, which is also on ye righte hande of God, and maketh intercession for vs.
2 Cor 1:12 : 12 For oure reioysinge is this, euen the testimony of oure conscience, that in synglenes & godly purenesse, not in fleshlye wyssdome, but in the grace of God, we haue had oure conuersacion in the worlde, but most of all with you.
