The serpentes heade shall sucke him, and the adders tonge shall slaye him:

Deut 32:24 : 24 They shal pyne awaye thorow honger, & be consumed of the feuers, and of bytter sicknesses. I wil sende amonge them ye tethe of beestes, and furious serpentes.
Isa 30:6 : 6 Youre beastes haue borne burthens vpo their backes towarde the South, thorow the waye that is ful of parell and trouble, because of the lyo and lyones, of the Cockatrice and shutynge dragon. Yee the Mules bare youre substaunce, and the Camels brought yor treasure vpon their croked backes, vnto a people that can not helpe you.
Matt 3:7 : 7 Now when he sawe many of the Pharises and of ye Saduces come to hys baptim, he sayde vnto them: ye generacio of vipers, who hath certified you, that ye shal escape ye vengeaunce to come?
Acts 28:3-6 : 3 Whan Paul had gathered a bondell of stickes, and layed them on the fyre, there came a vyper out of the heate, and leape on Pauls hande. 4 Whan the people sawe the beest hange on his hande, they sayde amonge them selues: This man must nedes be a murthurer, who vengeaunce suffreth not to lyue, though he haue escaped the see. 5 But he shoke of ye beest in to the fyre, and and felt no harme. 6 Howbeit they wayted, wha he shulde haue swollen, or fallen downe deed sodenly. But whan they had loked a greate whyle, and sawe yt there happened no harme vnto him, they chaunged their myndes, and sayde that he was a God.
