Verse 10

For we haue herde, how the LORDE dryed vp the water in the reed see before you, wha ye departed out of Egipte: and what ye dyd vnto the two kynges of the Amorites, Sihon and Og beyonde Iordane, how ye roted them out, and destroyed them.

For the borders of the children of Ammon were stroge. 25 So Israel toke all these cities, and dwelt in all the cities of ye Amorites, namely at He?bon, and in the townes belonginge therto. 26 For He?bon the cite was Sihons the kynge of the Amorites, and he had foughten before with the kynge of the Moabites, and conquered all his londe from him vntyll Arnon. 27 Wherfore it is sayde in the prouerbe: Come vnto He?bon, let vs buylde and prepare ye cite of Sihon. 28 For there is a fyre gone out of He?bon, and a flamme from the cite of Sihon, which hath consumed Ar of ye Moabites, and the citisens of ye toppe of Arnon. 29 Wo vnto the Moab, thou people of Camos art vndone. His sonnes are put to flighte, & his doughters brought captyue vnto Sihon the kynge of the Amorites. 30 Their glory is come to naught from He?bon vnto Dibon: waisted are they vnto Nopha, which reacheth vnto Mediba. 31 Thus dwelt Israel in the lande of the Amorites. 32 And Moses sent out spyes vnto Iahesar, & they toke the townes belongynge therto, & coquered the Amorites yt were therin. 33 And they turned, & wente vp the waye towarde Basan. Then Og the kynge of Basan wete out agaynst them wt all his people, to fight in Edrei. 34 And ye LORDE sayde vnto Moses: Feare him not, for I haue geuen him wt his lande & people in to thy hande, & thou shalt do with him, as thou dyddest with Sihon the kynge of the Amorites, which dwelt at He?bon. 35 And they smote him, & his sonnes, & all his people (so yt there remayned none) & coquered the londe.

Deut 2:30-3:8 : 30 But Sihon the kynge at Hesbon wolde not let vs go by him: for the LORDE yi God herdened his mynde, & made his hert tough that he mighte delyuer him in to thy hades, as it is come to passe this daye. 31 And ye LORDE sayde vnto me: Beholde, I haue begonne to delyuer Sihon with his londe before the: go to and coquere, and possesse his lode. 32 And Siho came out wt all his people to fight agaynst vs at Iahza. 33 But the LORDE oure God delyuered him in to oure handes, so that we smote him with his children and all his people. 34 Then toke we all his cities at the same tyme, and destroyed vtterly all the cities, men, wemen, and children, and let none remayne: 35 saue the catell, which we caught to oure selues, & the spoyle of the cities that we wanne 36 from Aroer, which lyeth vpon the ryuer syde of Arnon, and from the cite on the ryuer vnto Gilead. There was no cite that coulde defende it selfe from vs: the LORDE oure God delyuered vs all before vs. 37 But vnto the londe of the children of Ammon thou camest not, ner to all that was on the ryuer Iabok, ner to ye cities vpo ye mountaines, ner vnto what so euer the LORDE oure God forbad vs. 1 And we turned vs, & wente vp ye waie vnto Basan. And Og ye kynge of Basan, came out wt all his people to fight agaynst vs at Edrei. 2 But the LORDE sayde vnto me: Be not afrayed of him, for I haue delyuered him & all his people wt his londe in to thy hande: & thou shalt do wt him, as thou dyddest wt Sihon kynge of ye Amorites, which dwelt at Hesbon. 3 Thus ye LORDE oure God delyuered Og ye kynge of Basan in to oure handes also with all his people: so that we smote him, tyll there was nothinge left ouer vnto him. 4 Then wanne we at the same tyme all his cities, & there was not one cite that we toke not from him, euen thre score cities, the whole region of Argob in the kyngdome of Og at Basan. 5 All these cities were stroge, with hye walles, gates, and barres, besyde many other vnwalled townes. 6 And we vtterly destroyed them, as we dyd with Sihon the kynge at Hesbon. All the cities destroyed we vtterly, and the men, wemen, and children. 7 But all the catell and spoyle of the cities caughte we for oureselues. 8 Thus toke we at the same tyme the londe out of the honde of the two kynges of the Amorites beyonde Iordane, from the ryuer of Arnon vnto mount Hermon
Josh 4:24 : 24 that all the people vpon earth mighte knowe the hade of the LORDE, how mightie it is, to the intent that ye shulde allwaye feare the LORDE youre God.
Exod 14:21-31 : 21 Wha Moses now stretched forth his hade ouer ye see, the LORDE caused it to passe awaye thorow a mightie eastwynde all that night, and made the see drye, and ye water deuyded it self a sunder. 22 And the children of Israel wente in thorow the middest of ye see vpon the drye grounde: and ye water was vnto them as a wall, vpon their right hande & vpo their lefte. 23 And ye Egipcias folowed, & wente in after the, all Pharaos horses, & charettes, & horsme, eue in to ye middest of ye see. 24 Now whan the mornynge watch came, the LORDE loked vpo the armies of the Egipcians out the piler of fire and ye cloude, & troubled their armies, 25 and smote the wheles from their charettes, & ouerthrew them wt a storme. Then sayde the Egipcians: Let vs flye from Israel, the LORDE fighteth for the agaynst the Egipcians. 26 But ye LORDE saide vnto Moses: Stretch out thyne hande ouer the see, that ye water maye come agayne vpon the Egipcians, vpon their charettes, and horsmen. 27 Then Moses stretched out his hande ouer the see, and the see came agayne before daye in his course and strength, and the Egipcians fled agaynst it. Thus the LORDE ouerthrew them in the myddest of the see, 28 so that the water came agayne, and couered ye charettes and horsmen, and all Pharaos power which folowed after them in to the see, so that there remayned not one of them. 29 But the children of Israel wente drye thorow ye myddest of the see, and the water was vnto them as a wall vpon their right hande and vpon their lefte. 30 Thus the LORDE delyuered Israel in yt daye from the hande of the Egipcians. And they sawe the Egipcians deed vpon ye see syde, 31 and the greate hande yt the LORDE had shewed vpon the Egipcians. And ye people feared ye LORDE, and beleued him, and his seruaunt Moses.
Exod 15:14-16 : 14 Whan ye nacions herde this, they raged, sorowe came vpon the Philistynes. 15 Then were ye prynces of Edom afrayed, tremblynge came vpo ye mightie of Moab, all the indwellers of Canaan waxed faynte harted. 16 Let feare and drede fall vpon them thorow thy greate arme, that they maye be as styll as a stone, tyll thy people (O LORDE) be gone thorow, tyll yi people whom thou hast gotten, be gone thorow.
