Verse 4

We are fayne to drynke oure owne water for moneye, and oure owne wod must we bye with moneye.

But as for water, they shall haue a very litle measure theroff, to drynke. 17 And when they haue nomore bred ner water, one shal be destroyed with another, and famish awaye for their wickednesse.
• Deut 28:48 : 48 And therfore shalt thou serue thine enemye, which the LORDE shal sende vpon the, in hunger and thyrst, in nakednesse, and neade of all thinge: & he shal put a yocke of yron vpon thy necke, vntyll he haue broughte the to naughte.
