Verse 1

I beseke you brethre by the mercyfulnesse of God, that ye geue ouer youre bodies for a sacrifice, yt is quycke holy, and acceptable vnto God, which is yor reasonable seruynge off God.

1 Cor 6:13-20 : 13 Meates are ordeyned for ye bely, & the bely for meates. But God shal destroye both it and them. The body belongeth not vnto whordome, but vnto the LORDE, and the LORDE vnto the body 14 God hath raysed vp the LORDE, and shal rayse vs vp also by his power. 15 Knowe ye not that youre bodies are the mebres of Christ? Shal I now take the membres of Christ, and make them the membres of an harlot? God forbyd. 16 Or do ye not knowe, that he which cleueth vnto an harlot, is one body? For they shalbe two ( sayeth he) in one flesshe. 17 But he that cleueth vnto the LORDE, is one sprete. 18 Fle whordome. All synnes yt a man doth, are without the body. But he that commytteth whordome, synneth agaynst his awne body. 19 Or knowe ye not that youre body is the temple of the holy goost? Whom ye haue of God, and are not youre awne? 20 For ye are dearly boughte. Prayse ye God therfore in yor body & in yor sprete, which are Gods.
2 Cor 5:14-15 : 14 For the loue of Christ constrayneth vs, in as moch as we thus iudge, that yf one be deed for all, then are all deed. 15 And therfore dyed he for all, that they which lyue, shulde not hence forth lyue vnto them selues, but vnto him, which dyed for them and rose agayne.
2 Cor 10:1 : 1 I Paul my selfe beseke you by the mekenesse and softnesse off Christ, which when I am present amonge you, am of small reputacion, but am bolde towarde you beynge absent.

Isa 56:7 : 7 Them wil I bringe to my holy moutayne, & make the ioyfull in my house of prayer. Their burntoffringes and sacrifices shalbe accepted vpo myne aulter. for my house shalbe an house of prayer for all people.
Jer 6:20 : 20 Wherfore bringe ye me incense from Saba, & swete smellinge Calamus from farre countrees? Youre burnt offeringes displease me, and I reioyse not in youre sacrifices.
