Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, 'Go and pour out the bowls of God’s wrath on the earth.'

The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.

The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was allowed to scorch people with fire.

They were scorched by the intense heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues. But they refused to repent and glorify him.

and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and sores, but they refused to repent of their deeds.

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.

And I saw three unclean spirits that looked like frogs coming out of the mouths of the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet.

Og han samlet dem på det sted som på hebraisk heter Harmageddon.

Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, 'It is done!'.

Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a massive earthquake—an earthquake so great that none like it has occurred since mankind has been on earth.

The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. Babylon the Great was remembered before God, and He gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of His wrath.

Every island fled away, and the mountains could not be found.

Og store hagl, som veide rundt én talent, falt fra himmelen på menneskene, og de hånte Gud på grunn av hagplagen, for plagen var svært stor.

Huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell from heaven on people, and they cursed God because of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.
