Transliteration

The ʿām this the rāʿ, the meʾănîm to shemôaʿ ʾet-debāray, the hōlekîm in sherîrût libbām, and yēlekû after ʾĕlōhîm ʾăchērîm to ʿābedām and to hishtachăwōt to them, and yehî like the ʾēzôr this which not yiṣlach for the whole.
