    5And the Lorde saide vnto Ahia: Beholde, the wyfe of Ieroboam commeth to aske a thing of thee for her sonne, for he is sicke: But thus & thus shalt thou saye vnto her. And whe she came in, she fayned her selfe to be an other woman.

    6But when Ahia heard the sounde of her feete as she came in at the doore, he sayd: Come in thou wyfe of Ieroboam, why faynest thou thy selfe so to be another? I am sent to thee to shew thee heauy thynges.

    7Go, tell Ieroboam, thus sayth the Lorde God of Israel: It repenteth me forasmuch as I exalted thee from among the people, and made thee prince ouer my people Israel,
