6Therfore we are alway of good cheare, and knowe, that as long as we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lorde.

8Neuerthelesse, we are of good comfort, and had rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lorde.
2But euen after that we had suffred before, and were shamefully entreated as ye knowe, at Philippos, we were bolde in our God, to speake vnto you the Gospell of God, in much stryuyng.

15And in this confidence was I minded first to haue come vnto you, yt ye myght haue had one pleasure more:
