  • 27 And the LORD said unto Moses, Write thou these words: for after the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with thee and with Israel.

  • 13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

  • 8 The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.

  • 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

  • 13 And he clared unto you his covenant, which he command you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.

  • 8 And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly.

  • 12 For they served idols, whereof the LORD had said unto them, Ye shall not do this thing.
