3 For my soul is full of troubles. My life draws near to Sheol.
4 I am counted among those who go down into the pit. I am like a man who has no help,
5 set apart among the dead, like the slain who lie in the grave, whom you remember no more. They are cut off from your hand.
5 For the living know that they will die, but the dead don't know anything, neither do they have any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
16 I loathe my life. I don't want to live forever. Leave me alone, for my days are but a breath.
17 What is man, that you should magnify him, that you should set your mind on him,
22 Stop trusting in man, whose breath is in his nostrils; for of what account is he?
10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going.
