Verse 16

For all Israel and Iudah loued Dauid, because he went out and in before them.

1 Sam 18:5 : 5 And Dauid went out whithersoeuer Saul sent him, & behaued himselfe wisely: so that Saul set him ouer the men of warre, & he was accepted in the sight of all the people, and also in the sight of Sauls seruants.
2 Sam 5:2 : 2 And in time past when Saul was our King, thou leddest Israel in and out: and the Lord hath sayde to thee, Thou shalt feede my people Israel, and thou shalt be a captaine ouer Israel.
1 Kgs 3:7 : 7 And now, O Lord my God, thou hast made thy seruant King in steade of Dauid my father: and I am but a yong childe, and know not howe to go out and in.
Luke 19:48 : 48 But they could not finde what they might doe to him: for all the people hanged vpon him when they heard him.
Luke 20:19 : 19 Then the hie Priests, and the Scribes the same houre went about to lay hands on him: (but they feared the people) for they perceiued that he had spoken this parable against them.
