1 Kgs 11:7-8 : 7 Then did Salomon build an hie place for Chemosh the abomination of Moab, in the mountaine that is ouer against Ierusalem, and vnto Molech the abomination of the children of Ammon. 8 And so did he for all his outlandish wiues, which burnt incense and offered vnto their gods.
1 Kgs 14:22-24 : 22 And Iudah wrought wickednesse in the sight of the Lorde: and they prouoked him more with their sinnes, which they had committed, then all that which their fathers had done. 23 For they also made them hie places, and images, and groues on euery hie hill, and vnder euery greene tree. 24 There were also Sodomites in the lande, they did according to all the abominations of the nations, which the Lorde had cast out before the children of Israel.
