Verse 30

So the kingdom of Iehoshaphat was quiet, and his God gaue him rest on euery side.

2 Chr 14:6-7 : 6 He built also strong cities in Iudah, because the lande was in rest, and he had no warre in those yeeres: for the Lord had giuen him rest. 7 Therefore he saide to Iudah, Let vs builde these cities and make walles about, and towers, gates, and barres, whiles the lande is before vs: because we haue sought the Lorde our God, we haue sought him, and he hath giuen vs rest on euery side: so they built and prospered.
2 Chr 15:15 : 15 And all Iudah reioyced at the othe: for they had sworne vnto the Lorde with all their heart, and sought him with a whole desire, and he was founde of them; the Lorde gaue them rest rounde about.
Job 34:29 : 29 And when he giueth quietnesse, who can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who can beholde him, whether it be vpon nations, or vpon a man onely?
Prov 16:7 : 7 When the wayes of a man please the Lord, he will make also his enemies at peace with him.
