Verse 3

For they could not keepe it at this time, because there were not Priests enow sanctified, neither was the people gathered to Ierusalem.

2 Chr 29:34 : 34 But the Priests were too few, and were not able to flay all the burnt offrings: therefore their brethren the Leuites did helpe them, til they had ended the worke, & vntill other Priests were sanctified: for the Leuites were more vpright in heart to sanctifie themselues, then the Priests.
Exod 12:6 : 6 And yee shall keepe it vntill the fourteenth day of this moneth: then al the multitude of the Congregation of Israel shall kill it at euen.
Exod 12:18 : 18 In the first moneth and the fourteenth day of the moneth at euen, yee shall eate vnleauened bread vnto the one and twentieth day of the moneth at euen.
2 Chr 29:17 : 17 They began the first day of the first moneth to sanctifie it, and the eight day of the moneth came they to the porche of the Lorde: so they sanctified the house of the Lorde in eight dayes, and in the sixeteenth day of the first moneth they made an ende.
