Verse 2

For therefore we sighe, desiring to be clothed with our house, which is from heauen.

Rom 8:23 : 23 And not onely the creature, but we also which haue the first fruites of the Spirit, euen we doe sigh in our selues, waiting for the adoption, euen the redemption of our body.
1 Cor 15:53-54 : 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption: and this mortall must put on immortalitie. 54 So when this corruptible hath put on incorruption, and this mortall hath put on immortalitie, then shalbe brought to passe the saying that is written, Death is swallowed vp into victorie.
Rom 7:24 : 24 O wretched man that I am, who shall deliuer me from the body of this death!
2 Cor 5:3-4 : 3 Because that if we be clothed, we shal not be found naked. 4 For in deede we that are in this tabernacle, sigh and are burdened, because we would not be vnclothed, but would be clothed vpon, that mortalitie might be swalowed vp of life.
Phil 1:23 : 23 For I am distressed betweene both, desiring to be loosed and to be with Christ, which is best of all.
