Verse 22

He built Elath, and restored it to Iudah, after that the King slept with his fathers.

2 Kgs 16:6 : 6 At the same time Rezin king of Aram restored Elath to Aram, & droue the Iewes from Elath: so the Aramites came to Elath, and dwelt there vnto this day.
