So when Ioab besieged the citie, he assigned Vriah vnto a place, where he knewe that strong men were.

1 Kgs 21:12-14 : 12 They proclaimed a fast, and set Naboth among the chiefe of the people, 13 And there came two wicked men, & sate before him: & the wicked men witnessed against Naboth in the presence of the people saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the King.
