Verse 13

If we beleeue not, yet abideth he faithfull: he cannot denie himselfe.

Rom 3:3 : 3 For what, though some did not beleeue? Shall their vnbeliefe make the faith of God without effect?
Num 23:19 : 19 God is not as man, that he should lie, neither as the sonne of man that he shoulde repent: hath he sayde and shal he not do it? and hath he spoken, and shal he not accomplish it?
