Verse 29

So wee abode in the valley ouer against Beth-Peor.

Deut 4:46 : 46 On this side Iorden, in the valley ouer against Beth-peor, in the land of Sihon King of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel smote, after they were come out of Egypt:
Deut 34:6 : 6 And hee buried him in a valley in the land of Moab ouer against Beth-peor, but no man knoweth of his sepulchre vnto this day.
Num 25:3 : 3 And Israel coupled himselfe vnto Baal Peor: wherefore the wrath of the Lord was kindled against Israel:
Num 33:48-49 : 48 And they departed from the mountaines of Abarim, and pitched in the plaine of Moab, by Iorden toward Iericho. 49 And they pitched by Iorden, from Bethieshimoth vnto Abel-shittim in the playne of Moab.
Deut 4:3 : 3 Your eyes haue seene what the Lord did because of Baal-Peor, for al the men that folowed Baal-Peor the Lord thy God hath destroyed euery one from among you.
