I haue said, I would scatter them abroade: I would make their remembrance to cease from among men,

Deut 28:64 : 64 And the Lorde shall scatter thee among all people, from the one ende of the worlde vnto the other, and there thou shalt serue other gods, which thou hast not knowen nor thy fathers, euen wood and stone.
Ps 34:16 : 16 But the face of the Lord is against them that doe euill, to cut off their remembrance from the earth.
