Verse 1

To all things there is an appointed time, and a time to euery purpose vnder the heauen.

Eccl 3:17 : 17 I thought in mine heart, God wil iudge the iust and the wicked: for time is there for euery purpose and for euery worke.
Eccl 8:5-6 : 5 He that keepeth the commandement, shall knowe none euill thing, and the heart of the wise shall knowe the time and iudgement. 6 For to euery purpose there is a time and iudgement, because the miserie of man is great vpon him.
2 Kgs 5:26 : 26 But he saide vnto him, Went not mine heart with thee when the man turned againe fro his charet to meete thee? Is this a time to take money, and to receiue garments, and oliues, and vineyardes, and sheepe, and oxen, and men seruants, and maide seruants?
Eccl 2:3 : 3 I sought in mine heart to giue my selfe to wine, and to leade mine heart in wisdome, and to take holde of follie, till I might see where is that goodnesse of the children of men, which they enioy vnder the sunne: the whole nomber of the dayes of their life.

Prov 15:23 : 23 A ioy commeth to a man by the answere of his mouth: and how good is a word in due seaso?
Matt 16:3 : 3 And in the morning ye say, To day shall be a tempest: for the skie is red and lowring. O hypocrites, ye can discerne the face of the skie, and can ye not discerne the signes of the times?
