Verse 8

Then came Amalek and fought with Israel in Rephidim.

1 Sam 15:2 : 2 Thus saith the Lorde of hostes, I remember what Amalek did to Israel, howe they laide waite for the in ye way, as they came vp fro Egypt.

Deut 25:17-19 : 17 Remeber what Amalek did vnto thee by the way, when ye were come out of Egypt: 18 How he met thee by ye way, & smote ye hindmost of you, all that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast fainted & weary, & he feared not God. 19 Therefore, when the Lorde thy God hath giuen thee rest from all thine enemies round about in the land, which the Lord thy God giueth thee for an inheritance to possesse it, then thou shalt put out the remembrance of Amalek from vnder heauen: forget not.
Gen 36:16 : 16 Duke Korah, Duke Gatam, Duke Amalek: these are the Dukes that came of Eliphaz in the land of Edom: these were the sonnes of Adah.
