Verse 25

Wherefore say vnto them, Thus saieth the Lorde God, Ye eate with the blood, and lift vp your eyes towarde your idoles, and sheade blood: should ye then possesse the land?

Lev 19:26 : 26 Ye shal not eat the flesh with the blood, ye shall not vse witchcraft, nor obserue times.

Ezek 9:9 : 9 Then saide he vnto me, The iniquitie of the house of Israel, and Iudah is exceeding great, so that the lande is full of blood, and the citie full of corrupt iudgement: for they say, The Lord hath forsaken the earth, & the Lord seeth vs not.
1 Sam 14:32-34 : 32 So the people turned to the spoile, & tooke sheepe, and oxen, and calues, and slewe them on the ground, and the people did eate them with the blood. 33 Then men tolde Saul, saying, Beholde, the people sinne against the Lorde, in that they eate with the blood; he saide, Ye haue trespassed: roule a great stone vnto me this day. 34 Againe Saul said, Goe abroade among the people, and bid them bring me euery man his oxe, and euery man his sheepe, and slay them here, and eate and sinne not against the Lord in eating with the blood; ye people brought euery man his oxe in his hand that night, & slew them there.
Ps 24:4 : 4 Euen he that hath innocent handes, and a pure heart: which hath not lift vp his minde vnto vanitie, nor sworne deceitfully.
