Verse 68

And certeine of the chiefe fathers, when they came to the house of the Lord, which was in Ierusalem, they offred willingly for the house of God, to set it vp vpon his fundation.

1 Chr 29:5-9 : 5 The golde for the things of golde, and the siluer for things of siluer, and for all the worke by the handes of artificers: and who is willing to fill his hand to day vnto the Lord? 6 So the princes of the families, and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captaines of thousands and of hundreths, with the rulers of the Kings worke, offred willingly, 7 And they gaue for the seruice of the house of God fiue thousande talents of golde, and ten thousand pieces, and ten thousand talents of siluer, and eighteene thousand talents of brasse, and one hundreth thousand talents of yron. 8 And they with whom precious stones were found, gaue them to the treasure of ye house of the Lord, by the hand of Iehiel the Gershunnite. 9 And the people reioyced when they offred willingly: for they offred willingly vnto ye Lord, with a perfite heart; Dauid the King also reioyced with great ioy. 10 Therefore Dauid blessed the Lord before all the Congregation, and Dauid sayde, Blessed be thou, O Lorde God, of Israel our father, for euer and euer. 11 Thine, O Lord, is greatnesse & power, and glory, and victorie & praise: for all that is in heauen and in earth is thine: thine is the kingdome, O Lord, and thou excellest as head ouer all. 12 Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest ouer all, and in thine hand is power and strength, and in thine hande it is to make great, and to giue strength vnto all. 13 Now therefore our God, we thanke thee, and prayse thy glorious Name. 14 But who am I, and what is my people, that we shoulde be able to offer willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee: and of thine owne hand we haue giuen thee. 15 For we are stragers before thee, & soiourners, like all our fathers: our dayes are like ye shadowe vpon the earth, & there is none abiding. 16 O Lorde our God, all this abundance that we haue prepared to buylde thee an house for thine holy Name, is of thine hand & all is thine. 17 I knowe also, my God, that thou tryest the heart, and hast pleasure in righteousnesse: I haue offred willingly in the vprightnesse of mine heart all these things: now also haue I seene thy people which are found here, to offer vnto thee willingly with ioy.

Exod 35:5-9 : 5 Take from among you an offering vnto the Lorde: whosoeuer is of a willing heart, let him bring this offring to the Lord, namely golde, and siluer, and brasse: 6 Also blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine linen, and goates heare, 7 And rams skins died red, and badgers skins with Shittim wood: 8 Also oyle for light, and spices for the anointing oyle, and for the sweete incense, 9 And onix stones, and stones to be set in the Ephod, and in the brest plate. 10 And all the wise hearted among you, shall come and make all that the Lord hath commanded: 11 That is, the Tabernacle, that pauilion thereof, and his couering, and his taches & his boards, his barres, his pillars and his sockets, 12 The Arke, and the barres thereof ye Merci-seate, and the vaile that couereth it, 13 The Table, and the barres of it, and all the instruments thereof, and the shewe bread: 14 Also the Candlesticke of light and his instrumentes, and his lampes with the oyle for the light: 15 Likewise the Altar of perfume and his barres, and the anoynting oyle, and the sweete incense, and the vaile of the doore at the entring in of the Tabernacle, 16 The Altar of burnt offering with his brasen grate, his barres and all his instrumentes, the Lauer and his foote, 17 The hangings of the court, his pillars & his sockets, and the vaile of the gate of the court, 18 The pinnes of the Tabernacle, & the pinnes of the court with their cordes, 19 The ministring garments to minister in the holy place, and the holy garments for Aaron the Priest, and the garmentes of his sonnes, that they may minister in the Priests office.
Exod 35:29 : 29 Euery man and woman of the children of Israel, whose hearts moued the willingly to bring for all the worke which the Lorde had commanded the to make by the hand of Moses, brought a free offring to the Lord.
Exod 36:3 : 3 And they receiued of Moses all the offering which the children of Israel had brought for the worke of the seruice of the Sanctuary, to make it: also they brought still vnto him free giftes euery morning.

offered their offering before the altar. 11 And the Lord sayd vnto Moses, One prince one day, and an other prince an other day shal offer their offring, for the dedication of the altar. 12 So then on the first day did Nahshon the sonne of Amminadab of ye tribe of Iudah offer his offring. 13 And his offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuenty shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both ful of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 14 An incense cup of gold of tenne shekels, ful of incense, 15 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 16 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 17 And for peace offrings, two bullockes, fiue rams, fiue hee goates, and fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Nahshon the sonne of Amminadab. 18 The second day Nethaneel, the sonne of Zuar, prince of the tribe of Issachar did offer: 19 Who offred for his offring a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both ful of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meat offring, 20 An incense cup of gold of ten shekels, ful of incense, 21 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 22 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 23 And for peace offrings, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Nethaneel the sonne of Zuar. 24 The third day Eliab the sonne of Helon prince of the children of Zebulun offred. 25 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirty shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both ful of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 26 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, ful of incense, 27 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 28 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 29 And for peace offrings, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offering of Eliab the sonne of Helon. 30 The fourth day Elizur ye sonne of Shedeur prince of the children of Reuben offred. 31 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuary, both ful of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 32 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, full of incense, 33 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yere olde for a burnt offring, 34 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 35 And for a peace offring, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, and fiue lambes of a yere olde: this was the offering of Elizur the sonne of Shedeur. 36 The fifth day Shelumiel the sonne of Zurishaddai, prince of the children of Simeon offered. 37 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuary, both ful of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 38 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, full of incense, 39 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 40 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 41 And for a peace offring, two bullocks, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yere old: this was the offering of Shelumiel the sonne of Zurishaddai. 42 The sixt day Eliasaph the sonne of Deuel prince of the children of Gad offred. 43 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both ful of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 44 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, full of incense, 45 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yere olde, for a burnt offring, 46 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 47 And for a peace offering, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yere olde: this was the offring of Eliasaph the sonne of Deuel. 48 The seuenth day Elishama the sonne of Ammiud prince of the children of Ephraim offered. 49 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuary, both full of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offering, 50 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, full of incense, 51 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 52 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 53 And for a peace offring, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Elishama the sonne of Ammiud. 54 The eight day offred Gamliel the sonne of Pedazur, prince of the children of Manasseh. 55 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both full of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 56 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, full of incense, 57 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 58 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 59 And for a peace offring, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Gamliel the sonne of Pedazur. 60 The ninth day Abidan the sonne of Gideoni prince of the children of Beniamin offered. 61 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both full of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 62 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, full of incense, 63 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 64 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 65 And for a peace offring, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Abidan the sonne of Gideoni. 66 The tenth day Ahiezer the sonne of Ammishaddai, prince of the children of Dan offred. 67 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both full of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 68 A golden incense cup of ten shekels full of incense, 69 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yeere olde for a burnt offring, 70 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 71 And for a peace offring, two bullocks, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Ahiezer the sonne of Ammishaddai. 72 The eleuenth day Pagiel the sonne of Ocran, prince of the children of Asher offred. 73 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both full of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 74 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, ful of incense, 75 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yere olde for a burnt offring, 76 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 77 And for a peace offring, two bullockes, fiue rams, fiue he goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offring of Pagiel the sonne of Ocran. 78 The twelfth day Ahira the sonne of Enan, prince of the children of Naphtali offred, 79 His offring was a siluer charger of an hundreth and thirtie shekels weight, a siluer boule of seuentie shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, both full of fine floure, mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, 80 A golden incense cup of ten shekels, ful of incense, 81 A yong bullocke, a ram, a lambe of a yere olde for a burnt offring, 82 An hee goate for a sinne offring, 83 And for peace offerings, two bullockes, fiue rammes, fiue hee goates, fiue lambes of a yeere olde: this was the offering of Ahira the sonne of Enan. 84 This was the dedication of the Altar by the princes of Israel, whe it was anointed: twelue chargers of siluer, twelue siluer boules, twelue incense cuppes of golde, 85 Euery charger, conteining an hundreth and thirtie shekels of siluer, and euery boule seuentie: all the siluer vessell conteined two thousande and foure hundreth shekels, after the shekell of the Sanctuarie. 86 Twelue incense cups of gold ful of incense, conteining ten shekels euery cup, after the shekell of the Sanctuarie: all the gold of the incense cups was an hundreth and twentie shekels. 87 All the bullockes for the burnt offering were twelue bullocks, the rams twelue, the lambs of a yeere olde twelue, with their meate offrings, and twelue hee goates for a sinne offring. 88 And all the bullocks for the peace offrings were foure and twentie bullockes, the rammes sixtie, the hee goates sixtie, the lambes of a yeere olde sixtie: this was the dedication of the Altar, after that it was anointed. 89 And when Moses went into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, to speake with God, he heard the voyce of one speaking vnto him from the Merciseat, that was vpon the Arke of the Testimonie betweene the two Cherubims, and he spake to him.
1 Chr 21:18 : 18 Then the Angel of the Lord commanded Gad to say to Dauid, that Dauid should goe vp, and set vp an altar vnto the Lord in the thresshing floore of Ornan the Iebusite.
