Isa 14:1-2 : 1 For the Lord wil haue compassion of Iaakob, and wil yet chuse Israel, and cause them to rest in their owne lande: and the stranger shall ioyne him selfe vnto them, and they shall cleaue to the house of Iaakob. 2 And the people shall receiue them & bring them to their owne place, and the house of Israel shall possesse them in the land of the Lorde, for seruants & handmaids: and they shall take them prisoners, whose captiues they were, and haue rule ouer their oppressours.
Isa 25:10-12 : 10 For in this mountaine shall the hand of the Lord rest, and Moab shalbe threshed vnder him, euen as strawe is thresshed in Madmenah. 11 And he shall stretche out his hande in the middes of them (as he that swimmeth, stretcheth them out to swimme) and with the strength of his handes shall he bring downe their pride. 12 The defence also of the height of thy walles shall he bring downe and lay lowe, and cast them to the ground, euen vnto the dust.
Isa 34:2-9 : 2 For the indignation of the Lord is vpon all nations, and his wrath vpon all their armies: hee hath destroyed them and deliuered them to the slaughter. 3 And their slaine shalbe cast out, and their stincke shall come vp out of their bodies, and the mountaines shalbe melted with their blood. 4 And all the hoste of heauen shalbe dissolued, and the heauens shall be folden like a booke: and all their hostes shall fall as the leafe falleth from the vine, and as it falleth from the figtree. 5 For my sword shalbe drunken in the heauen: beholde, it shall come downe vpon Edom, euen vpo the people of my curse to iudgement. 6 The sword of the Lord is filled with blood: it is made fat with the fat & with the blood of the lambes & the goates, with the fat of the kidneis of the rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom. 7 And the vnicorne shall come downe with them and the heiffers with the bulles, and their lande shalbe drunken with blood, and their dust made fat with fatnesse. 8 For it is the day of the Lordes vengeance, and the yeere of recompence for the iudgement of Zion. 9 And the riuers thereof shall be turned into pitche, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shalbe burning pitch. 10 It shal not be quenched night nor day: the smoke thereof shall goe vp euermore: it shall be desolate from generation to generation: none shall passe through it for euer. 11 But the pelicane and the hedgehog shall possesse it, and the great owle, and the rauen shall dwel in it, and he shall stretch out vpon it the line of vanitie, and the stones of emptinesse. 12 The nobles thereof shal call to the kingdome, and there shalbe none, and all the princes thereof shalbe as nothing. 13 And it shall bring foorth thornes in the palaces thereof, nettles and thistles in the strong holdes thereof, and it shall be an habitation for dragons, and a court for ostriches. 14 There shall meete also Ziim and Iim, and the Satyre shall cry to his fellow, and the shricheowle shall rest there, and shall finde for her selfe a quiet dwelling. 15 There shall the owle make her nest, and laye, and hatche, and gather them vnder her shadowe: there shall the vultures also bee gathered, euery one with her make. 16 Seeke in the booke of the Lord, and reade: none of these shall fayle, none shall want her make: for his mouth hath commaunded, and his very Spirit hath gathered them. 17 And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath deuided it vnto them by line: they shal possesse it for euer: from generation to generation shall they dwell in it.
Ezek 38:1-9 : 1 And the worde of the Lorde came vnto mee, saying, 2 Sonne of man, set thy face against Gog, and against the lande of Magog, the chiefe prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophecie against him, 3 And say, Thus sayth the Lord God, Behold, I come against thee, O Gog the chiefe prince of Meshech and Tubal. 4 And I wil destroy thee, & put hookes in thy chawes, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine host both horses, and horsemen, all clothed with al sorts of armour, eue a great multitude with bucklers, and shieldes, all handling swords. 5 They of Paras, of Cush, and Phut with the, euen all they that beare shielde and helmet. 6 Gomer and all his bands, and the house of Togarmah of the North quarters, & al his bands, and much people with thee. 7 Prepare thy selfe, & make thee ready, both thou, and al thy multitude, that are assembled vnto thee, and be thou their sauegard. 8 After many dayes thou shalt bee visited: for in the latter yeres thou shalt come into the land, that hath bene destroyed with the sworde, and is gathered out of many people vpon the mountaines of Israel, which haue long lien waste: yet they haue bene brought out of the people, and they shall dwell all safe. 9 Thou shalt ascende and come vp like a tempest, and shalt be like a cloude to couer the land, both thou, and all thy bandes, and many people with thee. 10 Thus saith the Lorde God, Euen at ye same time shall many things come into thy minde, and thou shalt thinke euil thoughts. 11 And thou shalt say, I wil go vp to the land that hath no walled towres: I will goe to them that are at rest, and dwell in safetie, which dwell all without walles, and haue neither barres nor gates, 12 Thinking to spoyle the pray, and to take a bootie, to turne thine hande vpon the desolate places that are nowe inhabited, and vpon the people, that are gathered out of the nations which haue gotten cattell and goods, and dwell in the middes of the land. 13 Sheba and Dedan, and the marchantes of Tarshish with all the lions thereof shall say vnto thee, Art thou come to spoyle the praye? Hast thou gathered thy multitude to take a booty? To cary away siluer and golde, to take away cattell and goods, and to spoyle a great pray? 14 Therefore, sonne of man, prophecie, and saye vnto Gog, Thus sayeth the Lorde God, In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safe, shalt thou not knowe it? 15 And come fro thy place out of the North partes, thou and much people with thee? All shall ride vpon horses, euen a great multitude and a mightie armie. 16 And thou shalt come vp against my people of Israel, as a cloude to couer the land: thou shalt be in the latter dayes, and I will bring thee vpon my lande, that the heathen may knowe mee, when I shalbe sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes. 17 Thus saith the Lord God, Art not thou he, of whom I haue spoken in olde time, by ye hand of my seruants the Prophets of Israel which prophecied in those dayes and yeeres, that I woulde bring thee vpon them? 18 At the same time also whe Gog shal come against the land of Israel, sayth the Lord God, my wrath shall arise in mine anger. 19 For in mine indignation and in the fire of my wrath haue I spoken it: surely at that time there shalbe a great shaking in the land of Israel, 20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the foules of the heauen, & the beasts of the field & al that moue & creepe vpo the earth, and al ye men that are vpo the earth, shal tremble at my presence, & the mountaines shalbe ouerthrowen, and the staires shall fall, and euery wall shall fall to the ground. 21 For I will call for a sworde against him throughout all my mountaines, saith the Lorde God: euery mans sword shalbe against his brother. 22 And I will pleade against him with pestilence, and with blood, and I will cause to raine vpon him and vpon his bands, and vpon the great people, that are with him, a sore raine, and hailestones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus will I be magnified, and sanctified, and knowen in the eyes of many nations, & they shall knowe, that I am the Lord.
Joel 3:9-9 : 9 Publish this among the Gentiles: prepare warre, wake vp the mightie men: let all the men of warre drawe neere and come vp. 10 Breake your plowshares into swords, and your sithes into speares: let the weake say, I am strong. 11 Assemble your selues, and come all yee heathen and gather your selues together round about: there shall the Lord cast downe the mightie men. 12 Let the heathen be wakened, and come vp to the valley of Iehoshaphat: for there will I sit to iudge all the heathen round about. 13 Put in your sithes, for the haruest is ripe: come, get you downe, for the winepresse is full: yea, the winepresses runne ouer, for their wickednesse is great. 14 O multitude, O multitude, come into the valley of threshing: for the day of the Lorde is neere in the valley of threshing. 15 The sunne & moone shalbe darkened, and the starres shall withdrawe their light. 16 The Lord also shall roare out of Zion, and vtter his voyce from Ierusalem, and the heauens and the earth shall shake, but the Lord wil be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. 17 So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, mine holy Mountaine: then shall Ierusalem bee holy, and there shall no strangers go thorowe her any more.
Joel 3:19 : 19 Egypt shalbe waste, and Edom shall be a desolate wildernesse, for the iniuries of the childre of Iudah, because they haue shed innocent blood in their land.
Hag 2:21-22 : 21 (2:22) Speake to Zerubbabel the prince of Iudah, and say, I wil shake the heauens and the earth, 22 (2:23) And I will ouerthrowe the throne of kingdomes, & I wil destroy the strength of the kingdomes of the heathen, and I wil ouerthrowe the charets, and those that ride in them, and the horse and the riders shal come downe, euery one by the sword of his brother.
Zech 14:12-19 : 12 And this shall bee the plague, wherewith the Lorde will smite all people, that haue fought against Ierusalem: their flesh shall consume away, though they stand vpon their feete, and their eyes shall consume in their holes, and their tongue shall consume in their mouth. 13 But in that day a great tumult of the Lorde shall be among them, and euery one shall take the hande of his neighbour, and his hande shall rise vp against the hand of his neighbour. 14 And Iudah shall fight also against Ierusalem, and the arme of all the heathen shall be gathered rounde about, with golde and siluer, and great abundance of apparell. 15 Yet this shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camell and of the asse and of all the beasts that be in these tents as this plague. 16 But it shall come to passe that euery one that is left of all the nations, which came against Ierusalem, shall goe vp from yere to yere to worship the King the Lord of hostes, and to keepe the feast of Tabernacles. 17 And who so will not come vp of all the families of the earth vnto Ierusalem to worship the King the Lorde of hostes, euen vpon them shall come no raine. 18 And if the familie of Egypt goe not vp, and come not, it shall not raine vpon them. This shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the heathen, that come not vp to keepe the feast of Tabernacles. 19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations that come not vp to keepe the feast of Tabernacles.
Rev 6:14-17 : 14 And heauen departed away, as a scroule, when it is rolled, and euery mountaine and yle were mooued out of their places. 15 And the Kinges of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chiefe captaines, and the mighty men, and euery bondman, and euery free man, hid themselues in dennes, & among the rockes of the mountaines, 16 And said to the mountaines & rocks, Fal on vs, and hide vs from the presence of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lambe. 17 For the great day of his wrath is come, and who can stand?
Rev 17:14 : 14 These shall fight with the Lambe, and the Lambe shall ouercome them: for he is Lorde of Lordes, and King of Kings: and they that are on his side, called, and chosen, and faithfull.
Rev 18:9 : 9 And the kings of the earth shall bewayle her, and lament for her, which haue committed fornication, and liued in pleasure with her, when they shall see that smoke of that her burning,
Rev 19:18-21 : 18 That ye may eate the flesh of Kings, and the flesh of hie Captaines, and the flesh of mightie men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all freemen, and bondmen, and of small and great. 19 And I sawe the beast, and the Kings of the earth, and their hostes gathered together to make battell against him that sate on the horse, and against his armie. 20 But ye beast was taken, & with him that false prophet that wrought miracles before him, whereby he deceiued them that receiued ye beastes marke, and them that worshipped his image. These both were aliue cast into a lake of fire, burning with brimstone. 21 And the remnant were slayne with the sword of him that sitteth vpon the horse, which commeth out of his mouth, and all the foules were filled full with their flesh.
Ps 149:6-9 : 6 Let the high Actes of God bee in their mouth, and a two edged sword in their hands, 7 To execute vengeance vpon the heathen, and corrections among the people: 8 To binde their Kings in chaines, and their nobles with fetters of yron, 9 That they may execute vpon them the iudgement that is written: this honour shall be to all his Saintes. Prayse ye the Lord.
