Who is like thee so glorious in holinesse, fearefull in prayses, doing wonders! 12 Thou stretchedst out thy right hande, the earth swallowed them. 13 Thou wilt by thy mercie cary this people, which thou deliueredst: thou wilt bring them in thy strength vnto thine holy habitation. 14 The people shal heare and be afraide: sorow shal come vpon the inhabitants of Palestina. 15 Then the dukes of Edom shalbe amased, & trembling shall come vpon the great men of Moab: all the inhabitantes of Canaan shall waxe faint hearted. 16 Feare and dread shall fall vpon them: because of the greatnesse of thine arme, they shalbe stil as a stone, till thy people passe, O Lord: til this people passe, which thou hast purchased. 17 Thou shalt bring them in, and plant them in the mountaine of thine inheritance, which is the place that thou hast prepared, O Lord, for to dwell in, euen the sanctuarie, O Lord, which thine hands shall establish. 18 The Lord shall reigne for euer and euer. 19 For Pharaohs horses went with his charets and horsemen into the Sea, and the Lorde brought the waters of the Sea vpon them: but the children of Israel went on drie land in the middes of the Sea. 20 And Miriam the prophetesse, sister of Aaron tooke a timbrell in her hande, and all the women came out after her with timbrels and daunces. 21 And Miriam answered the men, Sing yee vnto the Lord: for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath hee ouerthrowen in the Sea.

Was there a shielde or speare seene among fourtie thousand of Israel? 9 Mine heart is set on the gouernours of Israel, and on them that are willing among the people: praise ye the Lord. 10 Speake ye that ride on white asses, yee that dwel by Middin, & that walke by the way. 11 For the noyse of the archers appaised among the drawers of water: there shal they rehearse the righteousnesse of the Lorde, his righteousnesse of his townes in Israel: then did the people of the Lord goe downe to the gates. 12 Vp Deborah, vp, arise, and sing a song: arise Barak, and leade thy captiuitie captiue, thou sonne of Abinoam. 13 For they that remaine, haue dominio ouer the mightie of the people: the Lorde hath giuen me dominion ouer the strong. 14 Of Ephraim their roote arose against Amalek: & after thee, Beniamin shall fight against thy people, O Amalek: of Machir came rulers, & of Zebulun they that handle the pen of the writer. 15 And the Princes of Issachar were with Deborah, and Issachar, and also Barak: he was set on his feete in the valley: for the diuisions of Reuben were great thoughts of heart. 16 Why abodest thou among the sheepefolds, to heare the bleatings of the flockes? for the diuisions of Reuben were great thoughts of heart. 17 Gilead abode beyonde Iorden: and why doeth Dan remayne in shippes? Shee answered her selfe with her owne wordes, 30 Haue they not gotten, and they deuide the spoyle? euery man hath a mayde or two. Sisera hath a praye of diuers coloured garmentes, a pray of sundry colours made of needle worke: of diuers colours of needle worke on both sides, for the chiefe of the spoyle. 31 So let all thine enemies perish, O Lorde: but they that loue him, shall be as the Sunne when he riseth in his might, and the lande had rest fourtie yeres.
1 Sam 2:1-9 : 1 And Hannah prayed, and said, Mine heart reioyceth in the Lorde, mine horne is exalted in the Lorde: my mouth is enlarged ouer mine enemies, because I reioyce in thy saluation. 2 There is none holy as the Lord: yea, there is none besides thee, & there is no god like our God. 3 Speake no more presumptuously: let not arrogancie come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him enterprises are established. 4 The bow and the mightie men are broken, and the weake haue girded themselues with strength. 5 They that were full, are hired foorth for bread, and the hungrie are no more hired, so that the barren hath borne seuen: and shee that had many children, is feeble. 6 The Lord killeth and maketh aliue: bringeth downe to the graue and raiseth vp. 7 The Lord maketh poore and maketh rich: bringeth lowe, and exalteth. 8 He raiseth vp ye poore out of the dust, and lifteth vp the begger fro the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherite the seate of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lordes, and he hath set the world vpon them. 9 Hee will keepe the feete of his Saintes, and the wicked shall keepe silence in darkenes: for in his owne might shall no man be strong. 10 The Lordes aduersaries shall be destroyed, and out of heauen shall he thunder vpon them: the Lord shall iudge the endes of the worlde, and shall giue power vnto his King, and exalt the horne of his Anoynted.
2 Chr 29:30 : 30 Then Hezekiah the King and the princes commaunded the Leuites to prayse the Lorde with the wordes of Dauid, and of Asaph the Seer. so they praysed with ioy, and they bowed themselues, and worshipped.

Hos 6:1-2 : 1 Come, and let vs returne to the Lord: for he hath spoyled, and he will heale vs: he hath wounded vs, and he will binde vs vp. 2 After two dayes will he reuiue vs, and in the third day he will raise vs vp, and we shall liue in his sight.
Jonah 2:1-9 : 1 Then Ionah prayed vnto the Lorde his God out of the fishes belly, 2 And said, I cryed in mine affliction vnto the Lorde, and he heard me: out of the bellie of hell cryed I, and thou heardest my voyce. 3 For thou haddest cast me into the bottome in the middes of the sea, and the floods compassed me about: all thy surges, and all thy waues passed ouer me. 4 Then I saide, I am cast away out of thy sight: yet will I looke againe towarde thine holy Temple. 5 The waters compassed me about vnto the soule: the depth closed me rounde about, and the weedes were wrapt about mine head. 6 I went downe to the bottome of the moutaines: the earth with her barres was about me for euer, yet hast thou brought vp my life from the pit, O Lorde my God. 7 When my soule fainted within me, I remembred the Lorde: and my prayer came vnto thee, into thine holy Temple. 8 They that waite vpon lying vanities, forsake their owne mercie. 9 But I will sacrifice vnto thee with the voice of thankesgiuing, and will pay that that I haue vowed: saluation is of the Lorde.
