Verse 23

But this people hath an vnfaithfull and rebellious heart: they are departed and gone.

Jer 6:28 : 28 They are all rebellious traitours, walking craftily: they are brasse, and yron, they all are destroyers.
Deut 21:18 : 18 If any man haue a sonne that is stubburne and disobedient, which wil not hearken vnto the voice of his father, nor the voyce of his mother, and they haue chastened him, and he would not obey them,
Ps 95:10 : 10 Fourtie yeeres haue I contended with this generation, and said, They are a people that erre in heart, for they haue not knowen my wayes.
