Beholde, a people shall come from the North, and a great nation, and many Kings shall be raised vp from the coastes of the earth.

Jer 6:22-23 : 22 Thus sayeth the Lorde, Beholde, a people commeth from the North countrey, and a great nation shall arise from the sides of the earth. 23 With bowe and shield shal they be weaponed: they are cruell and will haue no compassion: their voyce roareth like the sea, and they ride vpon horses, well appointed, like men of warre against thee, O daughter Zion.
Jer 25:14 : 14 For many nations, and great Kings shall euen serue themselues of them: thus will I recopense them according to their deedes, and according to the workes of their owne handes.
Jer 50:2-3 : 2 Declare among the nations, and publish it, and set vp a standart, proclaime it and conceale it not: say, Babel is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken downe: her idols are confounded, and their images are burst in pieces. 3 For out of the North there commeth vp a nation against her, which shall make her lande waste, and none shall dwel therein: they shall flee, and depart, both man and beast.
Isa 13:17-18 : 17 Beholde, I will stirre vp the Medes against them, which shall not regarde siluer, nor be desirous of golde. 18 With bowes also shall they destroy ye children, and shall haue no compassion vpon the fruit of the wombe, and their eies shall not spare the children.
Jer 51:1-2 : 1 Thus sayth the Lord, Beholde, I wil raise vp against Babel, & against the inhabitants that lift vp their heart against me, a destroying wind, 2 And wil send vnto Babel fanners that shal fanne her, & shal empty her land: for in the day of trouble they shalbe against her on euery side.
Jer 51:11 : 11 Make bright the arrowes: gather the shieldes: the Lorde hath raised vp the spirit of the King of the Medes: for his purpose is against Babel to destroy it, because it is the vengeance of the Lord, and the vengeance of his Temple.
Rev 17:16 : 16 And the tenne hornes which thou sawest vpon the beast, are they that shall hate the whore, and shal make her desolate and naked, & shall eate her flesh, and burne her with fire.
