Verse 15

Beholde, he withholdeth the waters, and they drie vp: but when he sendeth them out, they destroy the earth.

  • Deut 11:17 : 17 And so the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and he shut vp the heauen, that there be no raine, and that your lande yeelde not her fruit, and yee perish quickly from the good land, which the Lord giueth you.
