Verse 14

The cloudes hide him that he can not see, and he walketh in the circle of heauen.

Ps 139:11-12 : 11 If I say, Yet the darkenes shal hide me, euen the night shalbe light about me. 12 Yea, the darkenes hideth not from thee: but the night shineth as the day: the darkenes and light are both alike.
Jer 23:24 : 24 Can any hide him selfe in secrete places, that I shall not see him, sayth the Lorde? Do not I fill heauen and earth, saieth the Lord?
Luke 12:2-3 : 2 For there is nothing couered, that shall not bee reueiled: neither hidde, that shall not be knowen. 3 Wherefore whatsoeuer yee haue spoken in darkenesse, it shall be heard in the light: and that which ye haue spoken in the eare, in secret places, shall be preached on the houses.
