Verse 14

(40:9) Then will I confesse vnto thee also, that thy right hand can saue thee.

Ps 44:3 : 3 For they inherited not the lande by their owne sworde, neither did their owne arme saue them: but thy right hand, and thine arme and the light of thy countenance, because thou didest fauour them.
Ps 44:6 : 6 For I do not trust in my bowe, neither can my sworde saue me.
Isa 40:29 : 29 But he giueth strength vnto him that fainteth, and vnto him that hath no strength, he encreaseth power.
Rom 5:6 : 6 For Christ, when we were yet of no strength, at his time died for the vngodly.
Eph 2:4-9 : 4 But God which is rich in mercie, through his great loue wherewith he loued vs, 5 Euen when we were dead by sinnes, hath quickened vs together in Christ, by whose grace ye are saued, 6 And hath raysed vs vp together, and made vs sit together in the heauenly places in Christ Iesus, 7 That he might shewe in the ages to come the exceeding riches of his grace, through his kindnesse toward vs in Christ Iesus. 8 For by grace are ye saued through faith, and that not of your selues: it is the gift of God, 9 Not of workes, least any man should boast himselfe.
