Isa 63:7-9 : 7 I wil remember the mercies of the Lord and the prayses of the Lorde according vnto all that the Lord hath giuen vs, and for the great goodnesse toward the house of Israel, which hee hath giuen them according to his tender loue, and according to his great mercies. 8 For he saide, Surely they are my people, children that wil not lie: so he was their Sauiour. 9 In all their troubles he was troubled, and the Angel of his presence saued them: in his loue and in his mercie he redeemed them, and he bare them and caried them alwayes continually. 10 But they rebelled and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore was hee turned to be their enemie and he fought against them. 11 Then he remembred the olde time of Moses and his people, saying, Where is hee that brought them vp out of the Sea with the shepheard of his sheepe? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him? 12 He led them by the right hand of Moses with his owne glorious arme, deuiding the water before them, to make himselfe an euerlasting Name. 13 Hee led them through the deepe, as an horse in the wildernesse, that they should not stumble, 14 As the beast goeth downe into the valley, the Spirite of the Lorde gaue them rest: so diddest thou leade thy people, to make thy selfe a glorious Name. 15 Looke downe from heauen, and beholde from the dwelling place of thine holines, and of thy glory. Where is thy zeale and thy strength, the multitude of thy mercies, and of thy compassions? they are restrained from me. 16 Doutles thou art our Father: though Abraham be ignorant of vs, and Israel knowe vs not, yet thou, O Lord, art our Father, and our redeemer: thy Name is for euer.
Jer 31:3 : 3 The Lord hath appeared vnto me of old, say they: Yea, I haue loued thee with an euerlasting loue, therefore with mercie I haue drawen thee.
Isa 46:3-4 : 3 Heare ye me, O house of Iaakob, & all that remaine of the house of Israel, which are borne of me from the wombe, and brought vp of me from the birth. 4 Therefore vnto olde age, I the same, euen I will beare you vntill the hoare heares: I haue made you: I will also beare you, and I will cary you and I will deliuer you.
Isa 49:14-16 : 14 But Zion saide, The Lorde hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. 15 Can a woman forget her childe, & not haue compassion on the sonne of her wombe? Though they should forget, yet wil I not forget thee. 16 Behold, I haue grauen thee vpon the palme of mine hands: thy walles are euer in my sight.

Zech 9:9-9 : 9 Reioyce greatly, O daughter Zion: shoute for ioy, O daughter Ierusalem: beholde, thy King commeth vnto thee: he is iust and saued himselfe, poore and riding vpon an asse, and vpon a colt the foale of an asse. 10 And I wil cut off the charets from Ephraim, and the horse from Ierusalem: the bowe of the battel shalbe broken, & he shal speake peace vnto the heathen, & his dominion shalbe from sea vnto sea, & from the Riuer to the end of the land. 11 Thou also shalt be saued through the blood of thy couenant. Luke 1:70-75 : 70 As he spake by ye mouth of his holy Prophets, which were since the world began, saying, 71 That he would sende vs deliuerance fro our enemies, and from the hands of all that hate vs, 72 That he might shewe mercie towards our fathers, and remember his holy couenant, 73 And the othe which he sware to our father Abraham. 74 Which was, that he would graunt vnto vs, that we being deliuered out of the handes of our enemies, should serue him without feare, 75 All the daies of our life, in holinesse and righteousnesse before him.
Isa 54:6-9 : 6 For the Lord hath called thee, being as a woman forsaken, and afflicted in spirite, and as a yong wife when thou wast refused, sayth thy God. 7 For a litle while haue I forsaken thee, but with great compassion will I gather thee. 8 For a moment, in mine anger, I hid my face from thee for a litle season, but with euerlasting mercy haue I had compassion on thee, sayth the Lord thy redeemer. 9 For this is vnto me as the waters of Noah: for as I haue sworne that the waters of Noah should no more goe ouer the earth, so haue I sworne that I would not be angrie with thee, nor rebuke thee. 10 For the mountaines shall remoue and the hilles shall fall downe: but my mercy shall not depart from thee, neither shall the couenant of my peace fall away, saith the Lord, that hath compassion on thee.
