But they were abashed and afraide, supposing that they had seene a spirit.

Matt 14:26-27 : 26 And when his disciples sawe him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit, and cried out for feare. 27 But straight way Iesus spake vnto them, saying, Be of good comfort, It is I: be not afraide.
Mark 6:49-50 : 49 And when they saw him walking vpon the sea, they supposed it had bene a spirit, & cried out. 50 For they all saw him, and were sore afrayd: but anon he talked with them, & said vnto them, Be ye of good comfort: it is I, be not afrayd.
Luke 16:30 : 30 And he sayde, Nay, father Abraham: but if one came vnto them from the dead, they will amend their liues.
