Verse 35

And when the Arke went forwarde, Moses saide, Rise vp, Lord, & let thine enemies bee scattered, & let them that hate thee, flee before thee.

Ps 68:1-2 : 1 To him that excelleth. A Psalme or song of Dauid. God will arise, and his enemies shalbe scattered: they also that hate him, shall flee before him. 2 As the smoke vanisheth, so shalt thou driue them away: and as waxe melteth before the fire, so shall the wicked perish at the presence of God.
Ps 132:8 : 8 Arise, O Lord, to come into thy rest, thou, and the Arke of thy strength.
Isa 17:12-14 : 12 Ah, the multitude of many people, they shall make a sounde like the noyse of the sea: for the noyse of the people shall make a sounde like the noyse of mightie waters. 13 The people shall make a sounde like the noise of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee farre off, and shalbe chased as the chaffe of the mountaines before the winde, and as a rolling thing before the whirlewinde. 14 And loe, in the euening there is trouble: but afore the morning it is gone. This is the portion of them that spoyle vs, and the lot of them that robbe vs.
Isa 51:9 : 9 Rise vp, rise vp, and put on strength, O arme of the Lorde: rise vp as in the olde time in the generations of the worlde. Art not thou the same, that hath cutte Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
Deut 7:10 : 10 And rewardeth them to their face that hate him, to bring them to destruction: he wil not deferre to reward him that hateth him, to his face.
Deut 32:41 : 41 If I whet my glittering sworde, and mine hand take holde on iudgement, I will execute vengeance on mine enemies, and will rewarde them that hate me.
