Verse 3

From thirtie yeere olde and aboue, euen vntill fiftie yeere olde, all that enter into the assemblie to do the worke in the Tabernacle of the Congregation.

Num 16:9 : 9 Seemeth it a smal thing vnto you that the God of Israel hath separated you from the multitude of Israel, to take you neere to himselfe, to doe the seruice of the Tabernacle of the Lord, & to stand before the Congregation and to minister vnto them?
2 Kgs 11:4-9 : 4 And the seuenth yeere Iehoiada sent & tooke the captaines ouer hundreths, with other captaines and them of the garde, & caused them to come vnto him into the house of the Lord, & made a couenant with them, and tooke an othe of them in the house of the Lorde, and shewed them the Kings sonne. 5 And he commanded them, saying, This is it that ye must doe, The third part of you, that commeth on the Sabbath, shall warde towarde the Kings house: 6 And another third part in the gate of Sur: and another thirde part in the gate behinde them of the garde: and ye shall keepe watche in the house of Massah. 7 And two parts of you, that is, all that goe out on the Sabbath day, shal keepe the watch of the house of the Lord about the King. 8 And ye shal compasse the King rounde about, euery man with his weapon in his hande, and whosoeuer commeth within the ranges, let him be slayne: be you with the King, as he goeth out and in. 9 And the captaines of the hundreths did according to all that Iehoiada the Priest commaded, and they tooke euery man his men that entred in to their charge on the Sabbath with them that went out of it on the Sabbath, and came to Iehoiada the Priest. 10 And the Priest gaue to the captaines of hundreths the speares and the shieldes that were King Dauids, & were in the house of the Lord. 11 And the garde stoode, euery man with his weapon in his hande, from the right side of the house to the left side, about the altar and about the house, round about the King. 12 Then he brought out the Kings sonne, & put the crowne vpon him and gaue him the Testimonie, and they made him King: also they anoynted him, and clapt their handes, and sayde, God saue the King.
1 Chr 6:48 : 48 And their brethren the Leuites were appointed vnto all the seruice of the Tabernacle of the house of God,
1 Chr 23:3-5 : 3 And the Leuites were numbred from ye age of thirtie yeere and aboue, and their nomber according to their summe was eight & thirtie thousand men. 4 Of these foure and twentie thousande were set to aduance the worke of the house of the Lord, & sixe thousand were ouerseers and iudges. 5 And foure thousand were porters, and foure thousande praised the Lorde with instruments which he made to praise the Lord.
1 Chr 23:24-32 : 24 These were the sonnes of Leui according to the house of their fathers, euen the chiefe fathers according to their offices, according to the nomber of names and their summe that did the worke for the seruice of the house of the Lorde from the age of twentie yeeres and aboue. 25 For Dauid sayde, The Lord God of Israel hath giuen rest vnto his people, that they may dwell in Ierusalem for euer. 26 And also the Leuites shall no more beare the Tabernacle and al the vessels for the seruice thereof. 27 Therefore according to the last wordes of Dauid, the Leuites were nombred from twentie yeere and aboue, 28 And their office was vnder the hand of the sonnes of Aaron, for the seruice of the house of the Lorde in the courtes, and chambers, and in the purifiyng of all holy thinges, and in the worke of the seruice of the house of God, 29 Both for the shewbread, and for the fine floure, for the meate offring, and for the vnleauened cakes, and for the fryed things, and for that which was rosted, and for all measures and cise, 30 And for to stand euery morning, to giue thanks & praise to the Lorde, & likewise at euen, 31 And to offer all burnt offrings vnto the Lorde, in the Sabbaths, in the moneths, and at the appointed times, according to the nomber and according to their custome continually before the Lorde, 32 And that they should keepe the charge of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and the charge of ye holy place, & the charge of ye sonnes of Aaron their brethren in the seruice of ye house of the Lord.
1 Chr 28:12-13 : 12 And the paterne of all that he had in his minde for the courtes of the house of the Lorde, and for all the chambers round about, for the treasures of the house of God, and for the treasures of the dedicate things, 13 And for the courses of the Priestes, and of the Leuites, and for all the woorke for the seruice of the house of the Lorde, and for all the vessels of the ministerie of the house of the Lord.
2 Chr 23:1-9 : 1 And in the seuenth yeere Iehoiada waxed bolde, & tooke the captaines of hundreths, to wit, Azariah the sonne of Ieroham, and Ishmael the sonne of Iehohanan, and Azariah the sonne of Obed, and Maasiah the sonne of Adaiah, and Elishaphat the sonne of Zichri in couenant with him. 2 And they went about in Iudah, & gathered the Leuites out of all the cities of Iudah, and the chiefe fathers of Israel: & they came to Ierusale. 3 And al the Congregation made a couenant with the King in the house of God: and he sayde vnto them, Behold, the Kings sonne must reigne, as the Lord hath sayd of the sonnes of Dauid. 4 This is it that ye shal do, The third part of you that come on the Sabbath of the Priests, and the Leuites, shalbe porters of the doores. 5 And another third part towarde the Kings house, and another thirde part at the gate of the foundation, & al the people shalbe in the courts of the house of the Lord. 6 But let none come into the house of the Lord, saue the Priests, & the Leuites that minister: they shal go in, for they are holy: but all the people shal keepe the watch of the Lord. 7 And the Leuites shall compasse the King rounde about, and euery man with his weapon in his hand, & he that entreth into the house, shal be slaine, & be you with the King, when he commeth in, and when he goeth out. 8 So the Leuites and all Iudah did according to all things that Iehoiada the Priest had commanded, and tooke euery man his men that came on the Sabbath, with them that went out on the Sabbath: for Iehoiada the Priest did not discharge the courses. 9 And Iehoiada the Priest deliuered to the captaines of hundreths speares, and shieldes, and bucklers which had bene King Dauids, and were in the house of God. 10 And he caused all the people to stand (euery man with his weapon in his hande) from the right side of the house, to ye left side of the house by the altar & by the house round about ye king. 11 Then they brought out the Kings sonne, and put vpon him the crowne and gaue him the testimonie, and made him King; Iehoiada and his sonnes anoynted him, and sayd, God saue the King.
Ezra 3:8 : 8 And in the seconde yeere of their comming vnto the house of God in Ierusalem in the second moneth began Zerubbabel the sonne of Shealtiel, and Ieshua the sonne of Iozadak, and the remnant of their brethren the Priests and the Leuites, and all they that were come out of the captiuitie vnto Ierusalem, and appointed the Leuites from twentie yeere olde and aboue, to set forwarde the worke of the house of the Lorde.

Num 3:7-8 : 7 And take the charge with him, euen the charge of the whole Congregation before the Tabernacle of the Congregation to doe the seruice of the Tabernacle. 8 They shall also keepe all the instrumentes of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and haue the charge of the children of Israel to doe the seruice of the Tabernacle.
