Verse 16

For they can not sleepe, except they haue done euill, and their sleepe departeth except they cause some to fall.

Ps 36:4 : 4 Hee imagineth mischiefe vpon his bed: he setteth himselfe vpon a way, that is not good, and doeth not abhorre euill.
Mic 2:1 : 1 Wo vnto them, that imagine iniquitie, and worke wickednesse vpon their beddes: when the morning is light they practise it because their hande hath power.
Prov 1:16 : 16 For their feete runne to euill, & make haste to shed blood.
Isa 57:20 : 20 But the wicked are like the raging sea, that can not rest, whose waters cast vp myre and dirt.
