Verse 41

He opened the rocke, and the waters flowed out, and ranne in the drye places like a riuer.

Exod 17:6 : 6 Behold, I will stand there before thee vpon the rocke in Horeb, and thou shalt smite on the rocke, and water shall come out of it, that the people may drinke; Moses did so in the sight of the Elders of Israel.
Num 20:11 : 11 Then Moses lift vp his hande, and with his rod he smote the rocke twise, and the water came out aboundantly: so the Congregation, and their beastes dranke.
1 Cor 10:4 : 4 And did all drinke the same spirituall drinke (for they dranke of the spiritual Rocke that folowed them: and the Rocke was Christ)
Isa 48:21 : 21 And they were not thirstie: hee led them through the wildernesse: hee caused the waters to flowe out of the rocke for them: for he claue the rocke, and the water gushed out.
Ps 78:15-16 : 15 He claue the rockes in the wildernes, and gaue them drinke as of the great depths. 16 He brought floods also out of the stonie rocke; so that hee made the waters to descend like the riuers.
Ps 78:20 : 20 Behold, he smote the rocke, that the water gushed out, and the streames ouerflowed: can hee giue bread also? or prepare flesh for his people?
Ps 114:8 : 8 Which turneth the rocke into waterpooles, and the flint into a fountaine of water.
Neh 9:15 : 15 And gauest them bread from heauen for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rocke for their thirst: and promisedst them that they shoulde goe in, and take possession of the land: for the which thou haddest lift vp thine hand for to giue them.
